What is YumYum Candy?

YumYum Candy is a monthly subscription to only the best and hard to get candy from around the world. A team of experts assembles a carefully selected candy assortment of different flavors to satisfy each of your taste buds. All this will be delivered to your doorstep every month. 

What makes YumYum Candy special?

YumYum Candy offers the best value for your money. Our boxes contain only the best and popular candy from around the world that are either unique, retro, hard-to-find or they can simply be ridiculously yummy. In addition to that, we are the only subscription box in Canada that bills monthly and offer rewards program on all packages.

What should I expect to see in my YumYum box?

You will receive between 7 to 10 full-sized candies if you subscribed to the I-JOY BOX and 12 to 15 full-sized candies if you subscribed to the WE-JOY BOX. The items are carefully selected candy that caters to what your taste buds desire every time.

Will you send the same item more than once?

We promise you to be unpredictable and keep you excited all the time. It is highly unlikely to receive the same item for several consecutive months

SHIPPING

What is the cost of shipping?

To make it simple and in most cases cheaper for you, we have decided to implement a flat shipping rate of 4.99 across Canada*. 

When do I get my box?

We have planned it that you receive your YumYum box between the 20th and 25th of every month. 

Will you send me a notification when the boxes are shipped every month?

Yes, an email will go out to all our subscribers and we will post the same info on our social media channels.

What shipping method do you use?

Currently, Canada Post is handling all our shipments. 

What should I do if I changed my address?

Just log in to your account and change the shipping address. It is very important to do that before the 10th of the month otherwise there will not be enough time to change the address before it is shipped.           

BILLING 

When is my credit card charged?

The initial payment when signing up will be charged immediately then you will be charged on purchase date every month of your subscription period.

Can I return my box for a refund?

The boxes include edible items so unfortunately, it will not be possible to accept returns or exchanges. For any complaints please contact us on info@yumyumcandy.com.

ACCOUNT

How do I access my account?

When you subscribe you will be able to setup your own account using your credentials. To access your account just simply visit our website and log in to your account using the same credentials.

Can I have more than one subscription?

Definitely, you can, the more the sweeter for all. Kindly note that you can deliver to one address per check-out.

Can I cancel my subscription and how?

Well, as much as we hate to see you leave us, we made it very simple in case you made up your mind. All you need to do is send us an email not later than the 25th of the month before your subscription ends to stop the renewal of your subscription. 

GIFTING

Where can I send my YumYum Gift?

Anywhere in Canada.

Is it possible to send a personalized message inside the box I am sending as a gift?  

We actually encourage you to do so. A nice meaningful message would make the gift even more valuable. During the purchase of the gift, you will have the opportunity to add your message. If you are trying to win someone's heart, you are on the right track ;)

What if the person I gifted changed their address?

Just send us an email to info@yumyumcandy.com mentioning the name and the order number and the old and new address. It is very important to send us the email before the 10th of the month otherwise, there will not be enough time to change the address before it is shipped.

What happens when the gift period finishes? Can I extend it?

Gift subscriptions are not renewed automatically, nevertheless, an email notification will be sent to both the sender and the recipient (if available) to extend the subscription.

Can I cancel gift box orders?

Sure you can. Same cancellation policy applies.

I have allergies, can I customize my YumYum box?

Unfortunately, we are not able to do that at this stage. Please read the content of each item carefully before consumption.

I'm a blogger, can I get a free shipment to review?
